Samuel Akumbon Wakiki, the current Zebilla Constituency Youth Organizer who is now aspiring to be the Upper East Regional Youth Organizer, faces explosive fraud allegations after multiple victims accused him of orchestrating a cash-for-job scam targeting desperate job seekers during the previous government administration especially the eleventh hour recruitments.
At least 7 individuals, male and female, claim Samuel Wakiki promised them lucrative government positions in 2024 when his government was in power, in exchange for payments ranging from GH¢5,000 to GHC 40,000, only to vanish after collecting the monies from the naive amd desperate job seekers.

Despite the evidence including the names of the victims , the amount of money paid, payment receips and screengrabs of WhatsApp chats presented, Mr. Samuel Wakiki still maintained his innocence throughout the interview and that he doesn’t know any of the names mentioned and he has never taken a penny from anyone in promise of jobs.
Mr. Samuel Wakiki repeatedly challenged the host and the accusers to provide concrete proof evidence, dismissing the list as fabricated by his contenders.
“This is not true. Promised who job and failed them? Every election when it is campaign period, your opponents will cook certain stories but absolutely no. I have done my best in my capacity to secure a lot of things for my people but saying that it is not true.
I don’t think this is the first time you have heard about such circumstances when someone is seeking for election, definitely people will cook stories.” Wakiki said laughing out loud.
Mr. Samuel Wakiki continued to “I didn’t take money from those I helped. If there is one, probably they can come to me and let’s know that.
I’m a public and everyone knows me. I have been roaming around and if there is something, it should come out. Probably they are aligned with my opponents. ” he said.
